Palmetto Pointe is a residential development in Leesville on the Western side of Lake Murray and 20 minutes from Lexington. The development, that started in 2020, consists of 98 mostly waterfront residential lots and homes permitted for private docks. The community is currently experiencing a rapid build-out with about 65% of lots being under construction or occupied. 

The community is governed by Declarations and guidelines. Single family homes must be 1400 square feet or larger. No property can be leased or rented as a short-term rental.
